1. About FinDash

- Not a Replacement: The information provided by FinDash is not intended to replace professional advice.
- No Interpretation: Nothing within FinDash should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

5. User Responsibilities
- Prohibited Actions: Users agree not to use FinDash for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with platform operation, misuse or abuse platform functionality, or attempt to access data belonging to other users.

- "As Available" Basis: FinDash is provided on an "as available" basis.
